Welcome to my blog!!!


My name is Eric Jackson and I’m glad you’re here.

Let me start with a simple truth:
health isn’t a destination - it’s a life long relationship with yourself.  For years, I struggled to make sense of why my personal health wasn’t anywhere near where I wanted it despite being physically active and hitting the gym 4-5 times a week over the last several years. So how do we define what health really looks like?  Was it about weight? Energy? Blood tests? Supplements? Happiness? Along the way, I realized that most of that plays a part in your overall health.

This blog is my way of inviting you to an ongoing conversation about health and wellness. 

Why I’m Doing This

I’m starting this blog because: 

  • I know how overwhelming the health space can feel. 

  • I’ve been confused by what seems like conflicting advice, even from my doctors. 

  • I believe simple, consistent habits can create radical change.

  • I want to create space for real conversation. You know, the kind that motivates and doesn’t shame.

Whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up your wellness game, this blog is here to help.

Each week, I’ll be sharing: 

  1. Evidence-based tips for nutrition, movement and mindset.

  2. Personal stories - the wins and the lessons learned from setbacks.

By trait I am a business operator. The kind who likes to look at existing performance and make subtle changes that have a high impact and have now taken this approach to my overall health. Somehow I have spent several years doing a great job making these adjustments within various startups but realized that I need to take the same philosophy and internalize. Consider it taking care of the gardens of your life.
